Refund & Cancellation Policy
At WhiteGlow Co, we value your time and commitment and we kindly ask that you respect ours. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment.

Non-refundable deposit: All bookings require a deposit, which is strictly non-refundable.

Eligibility: Clients must ensure they are eligible for teeth whitening before booking. If you arrive and are found ineligible (e.g., due to pregnancy, breastfeeding, age restrictions, have a known allergy to hydrogen peroxide, certain medications - antibiotics, antihistamines or high blood pressure, know of any dental treatment that is needed, or have orthodontics), your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. This gives us the opportunity to offer your appointment time to another client.

Late Cancellation & No-Shows: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, or do not attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
​
Rescheduling: If you provide at least 48 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new booking.
