Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and agreements between WhiteGlow Co and our clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Booking & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. 

The deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment. 

If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel/reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

Eligibility

It is the clients responsibility to ensure they are eligible for teeth whitening prior to booking. 

Teeth Whitening is not suitable for clients who are:

Pregnant or breastfeeding.

Under the age of 16 without parental consent. 

Allergic to hydrogen peroxide or whitening products. 

Taking certain medications (e.g., antibiotics, antihistamines or high blood pressure medication)

Requiring outstanding dental treatment that they are aware of.

Wearing orthodontic appliances (e.g., braces) 

If you are deemed ineligible on the day of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded. 

Please note that teeth whitening cannot be preformed on veneers and crowns.

Treatment & Results

Results vary depending on individual lifestyle, enamel, types of stains and oral health. WhiteGlow Co makes no guarantees of specific shade outcomes.

Sensitivity may occur during or after treatment. This is a normal reaction and usually subsides within 24-48 hours. 

Clients are advised to follow the aftercare instructions provided to maintain results.

Liability

By booking with WhiteGlow Co, you acknowledge that teeth whitening is a cosmetic treatment and not a substitute for dental care. 

WhiteGlow Co is not liable for pre-existing dental conditions, sensitivity or results that differ from client expectations. 

Clients must seek dental advice prior to booking if they are unsure of their suitability.

Aftercare

Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions following treatment. 

Failure to follow aftercare advice (e.g., avoiding staining foods, drinks or smoking immediately after treatment) may reduce the effectiveness of longevity of results.

Consent

By attending an appointment, you consent to the procedure and acknowledge that you understand the risks, benefits and potential sensitivity involved.

By booking an appointment with WhiteGlow Co, you agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
